At the Education Foundation, we know that a supported teacher creates a thriving student. That’s why we were thrilled to kick off the new year by sponsoring a massive professional development effort for our local Pre-K professionals. From providing a "fuel-up" breakfast buffet to hosting expert-led sessions on Social-Emotional Skills, we were able to support nearly 80 staff members in their professional growth.

Additionally, our leadership and coaching teams also put in the extra hours, completing a two-day certification in the Pyramid Model. This milestone ensures that our schools have the high-level coaching infrastructure needed to sustain excellence for years to come.
