One Community One Voice maintains a mutually beneficial partnership with LCS throughout the year. They run student incentive programs geared towards attendance and grades, support Family Engagement Initiatives (through clothing and school supplies), and assist LCS through the annual Back to School event in August.

Lynchburg Sheriff's Office provides volunteer support to LCS, serves as a vendor for various events throughout the year (such as career fairs), and sponsors various school events.

Lynchburg Police Department provides LCS with volunteer support and supports LCS as a vendor for various events throughout the year (career fairs, etc.)

Lynchburg Hellcats supports Lynchburg City Schools (LCS) by offering school-level programming focused on improving student attendance and grades. They also provide student incentives and offer curriculum-aligned programs specifically designed to boost reading initiatives.

Lynchburg Fired Department provides LCS with volunteer support and supports LCS as a vendor for various events throughout the year (career fairs, etc.)

Elk's Lodge works with LCS schools to offer student enrichment programs and offers scholarships for LCS Students.

Downtown Lynchburg Association has a mutual partnership with LCS’ CTE (Career and Technical Education) programs
